Leverett Owens grew up on the rivers, creeks and pine ridges of Eastern North Carolina. Before he ever wrote a contract, he was running trap lines in Craven County, guiding waterfowl hunts on the Pamlico, and learning — from neighbors and old-timers — what actually makes one tract of land worth more than the one beside it.
That practical, ground-truth perspective is what he brings to every transaction.
